  Can I purchase a Denneroll for myself? 

The Denneroll products are sold only to Spinal Health Professionals who then on-sell to their patients.

Once we verify your details and you receive your Login code from us you can start purchasing and prescribing the denneroll products.

Do you ship to PO Boxes in Australia?

No, physical Addresses only as deliveries are by courier service.

Is there a credit card Surcharge? 

1% of the purchase price. 
  Which credit cards do you accept?


We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Please note: Payments via credit card can only be processed if the credit card is registered in Australia with an Australian billing address.

  Missing an item from your order?

Upon receipt of your parcel, please check that the contents of the parcel matches the contents as described in the enclosed picking ticket (also detailed on the delivery note that would have been emailed to you upon dispatch).

Should an item be missing from your delivery, kindly contact us within 10 days from dispatch or 7 days from receipt to resolve the matter.

Should we not hear from you within 10 calendar days of dispatch, we will accept that the parcel and its contents was delivered correctly.

Please note that items may sometimes be shipped separately, however, all items on a delivery note/picking ticket and shipped on the same consignment+ number/tracking number, should be delivered at the same time.

  Refund Process 

Once refund has been acknowledged, Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account or credit card.


How long does it take to ship an order?

To ensure your order is processed for next day shipping, please place your order by 12pm.

  How do I get training on your products?

Australian Spinal Health Professionals only.

My pet destroyed my Denneroll how do I get another one?

(We get this question alot! :) 
Please contact the Spinal Health Professional who prescribed your Denneroll product and purchase another one through them. We do not sell direct to the general public under any circumstance. 

  Ive lost my User record can I get another one?
Yes, you can download one from www.denneroll.com -  go to the product page of the product you are using and click on the Patient user guide button.

Do I get a Warranty on Pro-Lordotic Neck Exercisor?
Yes, 90 days from the date of receipt of goods. 

  Your Account Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.

You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account details or any other security breech relating to your password.


  Errors of Information on Site Listings 


In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price through due to a typographical error, Denneroll Industries shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

This will also apply to any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Denneroll Industries shall issue a credit to your credit card account for the charges incurred

  Price display on website Ex GST

Our product pricing is displayed as excluding GST on our website.

Denneroll Industries primary market is business to business sales. As per the ACCC regulations businesses who sell primarily to other businesses are able to show pricing as ex GST. 

SHIPPING How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Standard web order processing time is 1-2 business days from the date the order was originally placed.

We only ship to Australian addresses.

  Storage and use of Information Denneroll Industries keeps transaction data to comply with TGA regulations.

Credit card information is not stored or visible to Denneroll Industries staff in compliance with PCI regulations.
